Return Policy

We accept online returns received within 10 days of order shipment date for online credit, a discount code will be emailed to you after we receive your return.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of order shipment date, in it's original condition with tags attached.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and smoke free.
  • All returns will be eligible for online store credit only, there are no refunds.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must include the invoice, your name, email and reason for return.
  • Currently the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • If an item is returned after the 10 day window, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be shipped back to them.

  • Head Brands
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats
  • Jewelry 
  • Eye Wear
  • Sale items

Return Instructions:

Please email for instructions. 

Damaged Items:

  • Please report damaged items within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Original tags must be attached to the damaged item and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the item is worn.
  • If you report the item damaged within the 2 day time frame and we no longer have the item a store credit will be issued to you within 2-3 business days of us receiving the item.
