We accept online returns received within 10 days of order shipment date for online credit, a discount code will be emailed to you after we receive your return.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of order shipment date, in it's original condition with tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and smoke free.
- All returns will be eligible for online store credit only, there are no refunds.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must include the invoice, your name, email and reason for return.
- Currently the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- If an item is returned after the 10 day window, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be shipped back to them.
These items are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for returns:

- Hair Accessories
- Eye Wear
- Sale items

- Please report damaged items within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Original tags must be attached to the damaged item and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the item is worn.
- If you report the item damaged within the 2 day time frame and we no longer have the item a store credit will be issued to you within 2-3 business days of us receiving the item.
